A 1970s retail unit turned into a four-chair clinic. Lead-lined X-ray room, new mechanical, and a shopfront that had to keep its heritage frame.

Open-plan floor for a 60-person team. Twelve meeting rooms with acoustic glazing, a full kitchen, and phased handover so half the floor stayed occupied throughout.

What we do
The whole job under one contract: permits, programme, trades, inspections and handover. One foreman, one number to call.
Made in our Sterling Road shop, not bought in. Reception desks, cabinetry, bars, shelving and anything that has to fit a wall that is not straight.
Held under our contract with a licensed electrical contractor. Distribution, lighting, data, and the ESA inspection at the end.
Ductwork, make-up air, exhaust and controls. This is the trade that sets the programme on a restaurant job, so we sequence it first.
Levelling first, which is the part that gets skipped and the part that shows. Then whatever the drawings call for.
Last trade on site and the one the client judges everything by, so it gets the time it needs rather than the time that is left.
