Commercial fit-out
The whole job under one contract: permits, programme, trades, inspections and handover. One foreman, one number to call.

Millwork and joinery

Electrical
Held under our contract with a licensed electrical contractor. Distribution, lighting, data, and the ESA inspection at the end.

Mechanical and HVAC
Ductwork, make-up air, exhaust and controls. This is the trade that sets the programme on a restaurant job, so we sequence it first.

Flooring
Levelling first, which is the part that gets skipped and the part that shows. Then whatever the drawings call for.

- Transitions and base detailed properly
Painting and finishes
Last trade on site and the one the client judges everything by, so it gets the time it needs rather than the time that is left.
