Everything a landlord, a property manager or a general contractor is going to ask for, published rather than emailed on request.
Northline started in 2012 as two carpenters and a van doing shop fit-outs on Queen Street. The millwork shop on Sterling Road came in 2016, and it is still where most of what we install gets built.
We are eighteen people. Six carpenters, four finishers, two millwork machinists, three site supervisors, and three of us in the office. The electrical and mechanical trades are long-standing subcontractors we have used for over a decade, and they work under our contract, not yours.
We take on roughly fourteen projects a year. That is deliberate — it is the number we can run with a supervisor on every site every day, which is the single thing that decides whether a fit-out finishes on time.
Copies of every certificate above go out with each quote, and we will send them to your property manager directly if that is easier. We do not publish certificate numbers on a public page — ask and you will have them the same day.
