Two products of our own, built and still running

Everything else on this site is either a demo for a business we invented or a credential from work owned by somebody else. These two are ours end to end: designed, built, deployed, and still answering real users with real bills attached.

We built both the way we build for a client — on accounts we own, with the deployment, the sign-in, the payments and the support load in our hands rather than described in a proposal. That last part is the half that cannot be faked. A system is cheap to launch and expensive to keep answering, and the only way to know where that line sits is to have stood on the wrong side of it.

They are separate brands on separate domains and they are not sold from here. They are on this page because they are the shortest honest answer to the question every enquiry reaches eventually: has any of this been built before, by you, and is it still up?

jabee.ai

Jabee

An AI assistant that answers customer messages on WhatsApp, in Arabic and English.

Open jabee.ai
  • Answers on WhatsApp
  • Arabic and English, mixed in one message
  • Learns from the site and the documents
  • Hands over to a person
  • Books appointments
  • Order status
  • Captures leads
  • Connects to existing systems

Jabee reads a business’s own website and documents, then answers its customers on WhatsApp — including the questions that arrive at nine in the evening and sit unread until somebody opens a laptop the next morning. There is no flowchart to draw. It learns what the business sells, what it charges and when it opens from material the business already has.

The part we are most willing to be judged on is what it does when it does not know. It says so and hands the conversation to a person, instead of inventing an answer the business then has to apologise for. It also books appointments, checks an order and takes down a lead, and it talks to whichever system already holds that information.

Why it is on this page

This is the first of the three fixed workflows we sell, built as a product and carried at our own cost: an enquiry read, answered, and escalated when the answer is not there. The difference is whose problem it is when it stops answering at midnight.

mumenlabs.com

Mumen Labs

Pages people publish for one occasion: an invitation that collects the replies, a page of links, a ticket, a certificate, a QR code that can be re-pointed later.

A wedding invitation is a deadline nobody can move, and it usually goes to a list that reads in two languages. Mumen Labs builds the page, collects the replies and keeps the headcount current, in Arabic or English, with the right-to-left version laid out properly rather than mirrored and hoped for. The same machinery runs occasion and birthday pages, a page of links, event tickets, certificates, and dynamic QR codes that keep working after the destination behind them changes.

Two decisions in it are worth borrowing. Designing and previewing a page costs nothing — payment happens at the point of publishing, once the buyer has seen exactly what they are getting. And it is paid once per page rather than monthly, because nobody wants a subscription attached to their wedding. There is also a set of free tools on it, the kind of thing people search for at the moment they need it: compressing a PDF, resizing an image, generating a barcode.

Why it is on this page

An application in production rather than a website: accounts, payments, generated files, tracking, and two languages treated as equals instead of one being a translation of the other. That is the top of the range this site sells, standing up somewhere it can be opened.

Jabee and Mumen Labs are our own brands, on their own domains. They are not resold here and they are not a third thing to buy from M4B1, which sells two things: automation, and websites from simple to complex. What each product does and what it costs is published on its own site, and that is the version to trust — this page is deliberately not a price list.
