Who you are actually working with
You deal with the engineer who builds your system, from the first email to the day it goes live and every month after. M4B1 is deliberately small: the person who scopes the work is the person who writes it and the person who answers when it breaks. Nothing is handed down a chain in between.
M4B1 was founded by Mumen Tayyem, who has spent eight years building software for enterprise and government customers in the UAE, taking an account from the first scoping call through architecture, build and go-live, then staying with it afterwards. That is unglamorous work, and it is the reason this business exists. Almost nobody who sells automation to a company your size has ever had to keep something running for three years afterwards.
The problem we keep meeting is the same one wearing different clothes. The work is good, the phone rings on word of mouth, and an enquiry that arrives at nine in the evening sits unread until someone opens the laptop the next morning. By then whoever replied first has the job. The enquiry is only the version we meet most often. Underneath it is the same thing every time: work sitting still because it is waiting for a person, and a person typing something into one screen that already exists on another. That gap is not a marketing problem and a nicer website does not close it.
We have also built and launched several products on the Claude, Gemini and Bedrock APIs, doing the model integration, the application, the auth and the deployment, then shut them down when the numbers did not justify the running costs. That is the more useful half of the experience. It is why we will tell you when automating something is not worth what it costs to run, which happens more often than anybody selling it would like.
It has limits, and those are worth saying too. We take a small number of builds at a time, on purpose, because the alternative is hiring people to sit between you and the work. If we are full, we will tell you when we are free rather than start yours late and hope you do not notice.

How we work
The site is the pitch
The demos, the loading speed and the Arabic are the argument. If this site were slow or awkward on a phone, you would be right not to hire us.
Written down beats agreed verbally
Scope, price and what counts as a monthly change are all published on the pricing page rather than negotiated separately with each client and then remembered differently later.
We will tell you if it is not a fit
Not everything is worth automating. If the work changes shape every time it happens, or the cost of running it is more than the hours it saves, there is nothing here worth building and you will hear that in the first reply rather than after the invoice.
No invented proof
There are no testimonials on this site, because there are no real ones we can print yet. The five-star ratings above were left by the clients themselves, on the work as it was delivered. When there are quotes to publish, they will have names on them and you will be able to check.
What it is built with
This site is Angular with server-side rendering, hand-written CSS, self-hosted fonts and no page builder. Every page is plain HTML by the time it reaches your phone, which is why it appears before you have finished looking at it. The demo on the home page is a real model call through a Node endpoint, rate limited, with the timing measured rather than claimed. Your system is built the same way: your own accounts, your own logins, and no platform of ours in the middle that you would have to be rescued from later.
