Who you are actually hiring
You deal with the person building the site, from the first email to the day it goes live. Nothing is handed over in between.
I build websites for four kinds of business: cleaning companies, restaurants and cafés, contractors, and estate agents. I picked those four because they have the same problem wearing different clothes. The work is good, the phone rings on word of mouth, and there is nothing online a stranger can use to decide.
You talk to the person building the site, which is worth saying because it is not how most of this industry works. The price carries no agency overhead, and whoever heard what you wanted is whoever builds it.
It has limits too, and those are worth saying. I take a small number of builds at a time. If I am full, I will tell you when I am free rather than start yours late and hope you do not notice.

How I work
The site is the pitch
Everything here — the demos, the loading speed, the Arabic — is the argument. If this site were slow or awkward on a phone, you would be right not to hire me.
Written down beats agreed verbally
Scope, price and what counts as a monthly change are all published on the pricing page rather than negotiated separately with each client and then remembered differently later.
I will tell you if it is not a fit
If what you need is an app, a booking system that takes payments, or a shop with a thousand products, I am the wrong person. You will hear that in the first reply.
No invented proof
There are no testimonials on this site, because there are no real ones yet. When there are, they will have names on them and you will be able to check.
What it is built with
Angular with server-side rendering, hand-written CSS, self-hosted fonts and no page builder. Every page here and in the demos is plain HTML by the time it reaches your phone, which is why it appears before you have finished looking at it. Your site gets the same treatment, not a lighter version of it.
