The AI answers. The automation books it. And if there’s no website, we build that too.
Enquiries read and replied to, jobs booked into your own calendar, follow-ups chased, quotes and invoices sent. In English and Arabic, on the tools you already pay for.
It reads and it answers
Every message understood and replied to in the language it arrived in — at three in the morning, on a Friday, while you are on site.
The work between your tools
Booking, follow-up, quoting, invoicing, onboarding a new client, and the weekly report. Running in your own accounts, under your own logins.
And what it arrives through
A site that reads properly on a phone, or a complete application in production. Built when there is nothing for the rest of it to arrive on.
Type an enquiry. Watch it get answered.
This is the same triage we build into a client’s system, wired up to this page. The reply is written the moment you press the button, and the time it took is measured rather than claimed.
This demo needs JavaScript to run. Everything else on the page works without it.
Write an enquiry first, or pick one of the examples.
A little more than that. One sentence is enough.
That is longer than this demo accepts. Trim it to a few sentences.
That is enough runs from this address for one hour. It costs us money per run, which is why there is a limit at all.
The model is busy right now. Give it a moment and run it again.
That took too long and was cut off. Running it again usually works.
The model declined to answer that one. Try a different enquiry.
The demo is switched off at the moment. Everything else on the page still works.
Something went wrong running that. It is our end, not yours.
- Read
The message arrives from the form, WhatsApp or email, and lands in one place instead of three.
- Classified Wants a price Wants a time Unhappy customer Selling to you Spam Something else Urgent Normal Low
What it is, and how fast somebody needs to see it.
- Routed Operations Sales Owner No reply needed
Sent to whoever actually handles this, rather than to an inbox everybody ignores.
- Replied
A draft that answers the question and proposes a next step. You approve it, or you let it send itself.
What the system did with it
Answered in seconds
The demo stops here. In a real system the reply goes out, the job goes into the calendar, and the enquiry is logged where you can count it at the end of the month.
Have this on your own enquiriesSix businesses, built out in full
These are examples of the work, not a list of who we take on. Every one is a business we invented and then built completely, with the menu, prices, hours, staff and reviews all there. Nothing behind a login, nothing half-finished, no screenshots.
Three steps, and one of them is ours
We read one month of your enquiries
Whatever you already have: the inbox, the WhatsApp thread, the notebook. We come back with how many arrived, how long each waited, and how many were never answered at all. That number is usually the whole argument.
We build the system around what we found
The site if you need one, and behind it the part that does the work: reading, answering, booking, following up, logging. It runs on your accounts, under your logins, and we show you every piece of it.
We keep it alive
Integrations break when somebody else changes an API, and they do it without warning. Watching for that, fixing it, and adding to the system as you find new uses for it is what the monthly fee buys.
What it costs to build, and to run
Agencies here quote AED 6,999 to 8,000 a month for the same three workflows, and Dubai automation firms quote AED 3,000 to 5,000. This is under both, because each workflow is built once and then deployed, and because it runs on tools you already pay for instead of a new subscription per workflow.
The questions people ask before they email
If yours is not here, ask it in the enquiry and it gets answered in the first reply.
What counts as a content change?
Text, a price, a photo, opening hours, a new dish, a new person on the team. Two a month, turned around within 48 hours. A new page or a redesign is quoted separately.
What happens if I stop paying?
You keep the domain and the content. Give a month’s notice and we hand over the files or move the site wherever you want it. There is no lock-in and nothing is held back.
When do I pay?
After you have seen the finished site and approved it. For our first clients there is no deposit. You review it on a private link, and the setup fee falls due when you say yes. The monthly fee starts the day the site goes live.
Do you work with clients in my country?
Almost certainly. The work is remote, so the only parts that change by country are the currency on your invoice and which tools your business already uses.
How clients rated the work
No quotes yet. Printing someone’s words needs their permission and we have not asked for it. The record is below.
- Projects delivered straight to clients
- 8, and all 8 rated five stars
- Clients who came back
- One booked 5 projects in a single month
- Building software professionally
- 8+ years, enterprise work in the UAE
Tell us what your team still does by hand
How often it happens, and roughly how long it takes. That is enough for us to tell you whether automating it is worth doing and what it would cost. If it is not worth it, we will say so in the first reply instead of booking a call about it.
